【摘要】：目的:觀察交泰丸加減方對(duì)心腎綜合征進(jìn)展期患者心腎功能的改善作用。方法:60例心腎綜合征進(jìn)展期患者根據(jù)完全隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)原則分為治療組和對(duì)照組,在規(guī)范的西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上,治療組加用交泰丸加減,療程14 d,觀察氣喘、水腫、尿少等主要中醫(yī)癥狀、心功能、腎功能變化,評(píng)價(jià)藥物療效。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組比較,治療組患者治療后癥狀總積分明顯減少(P0.05);中醫(yī)證候改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。與治療前比較,兩組治療后紐約心臟病協(xié)會(huì)(NYHA)心功能分級(jí)顯著改善(P0.01);治療組療后B型腦鈉肽前體(NT-proBNP)顯著下降(P0.01),與對(duì)照組比較,治療組NT-proBNP下降顯著(P0.01);與對(duì)照組比較,治療組治療后尿素氮(BUN)明顯下降(P0.05)。與治療前比較,兩組治療后血胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物-C(Cys-C)均明顯下降(P0.05),治療組下降顯著(P0.01),與對(duì)照組比較,治療組Cys-C下降明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論:交泰丸加減方能改善心腎綜合征進(jìn)展期患者心腎功能惡化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Jiaotai Pill on the improvement of cardiac and renal function in patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of complete random design. On the basis of the standard western medicine treatment, the treatment group was treated with Jiaotai pill for 14 days, and asthma and edema were observed.The main TCM symptoms, cardiac function, renal function changes, evaluation of drug efficacy.Results: compared with the control group, the total symptom score of the patients in the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment, and the improvement of TCM syndromes was better than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment, the cardiac function grading of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment, and that of NT-proBNPs in the treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment. Compared with the control group, the NT-proBNP of the treatment group decreased significantly (P 0.01), and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the treatment group, bun (bun) decreased significantly (P 0.05).Compared with the control group, the serum cystine protease inhibitor C- Cys-Cdecreased significantly after treatment in both groups, and decreased significantly in the treatment group (P 0.01). Compared with the control group, the Cys-C in the treatment group decreased significantly (P 0.05).Conclusion: Jiaotai Pill can improve the deterioration of cardiac and renal function in patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome.
