【摘要】：正患者男,20歲。因發(fā)現(xiàn)陰囊腫物4個(gè)月余就診�；颊�4個(gè)月前發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)陰囊內(nèi)一大小約2~3cm無痛腫塊,未予重視;后腫塊逐漸增大,近10d患者感右側(cè)睪丸持續(xù)性脹痛。查體:右側(cè)陰囊較左側(cè)增大,內(nèi)觸及雞蛋樣大小的腫塊,質(zhì)地硬,表面不光滑。超聲檢查:右側(cè)陰囊內(nèi)探及一大小約10.2cm×6.9cm雜亂回聲腫塊,邊界尚清,陰囊內(nèi)未見正常睪丸組織回聲,腫塊形態(tài)不規(guī)則,內(nèi)可見不規(guī)則液性無回聲
[Abstract]:The patient was 20 years old and had been diagnosed with scrotal mass for more than 4 months. The patient found a painless 2~3cm mass in the right scrotum about 4 months ago. In the last 10 days, the patient felt persistent distention pain in the right testis. Body examination: the right scrotum was larger than the left, and the inside of the right scrotum was larger than that of the left, with a hard texture and a non-smooth surface. Ultrasonic examination showed that the right scrotum had a disorderly echo mass of about 10.2cm 脳 6.9cm. The boundary is clear, there is no normal testicular tissue echo in the scrotum, the shape of the mass is irregular, and irregular fluid anechoic can be seen in the scrotum.
