【摘要】：Wilms瘤是兒童最常見的腎臟惡性腫瘤。隨著各項(xiàng)醫(yī)療手段的發(fā)展,Wilms瘤患兒生存率有了很大提高。研究表明,Wilms瘤因不同的組織學(xué)分型具有不同的預(yù)后。加深對(duì)腫瘤分子層面的認(rèn)識(shí)能夠使我們更好地了解腫瘤的生物學(xué)特性并對(duì)不同腫瘤進(jìn)行區(qū)分,以幫助指導(dǎo)兒童Wilms瘤的治療和預(yù)后判斷。本文就兒童Wilms瘤在分子分型標(biāo)志物研究方面的進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Wilms tumor is the most common malignant tumor of kidney in children. With the development of various medical methods, the survival rate of children with Wilms tumor has been greatly improved. The study shows that Wilms tumor has different prognosis due to different histological types. Sublevel understanding allows us to better understand the biological characteristics of tumors and to distinguish them from each other. In order to guide the treatment and prognosis of Wilms tumor in children, this article reviews the progress in molecular typing markers of Wilms tumor in children.
