【摘要】：目的： 探討前列腺增生患者中血清tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積、移行帶體積、年齡及國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分的相關(guān)性。 方法： 回顧分析福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬協(xié)和醫(yī)院泌尿外科2012年2月至2013年12月期間229例良性前列腺增生患者的臨床資料。將研究對(duì)象分為3組。A組tPSA＞10ng/m1，，B組4ng/m1≤tPSA≤10ng/m1，C組tPSA＜4ng/m1，運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS19.0，在各組中分別運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析探討血清tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積、移行帶體積、年齡及I-PSS的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果： 1.tPSA＞10ng/m1，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積無(wú)相關(guān)性（r為0.045和0.213，P均0.05）；tPSA與前列腺移行帶體積無(wú)相關(guān)性（r為-0.012，P0.05），fPSA與前列腺移行帶體積呈正相關(guān)（r為0.301，P0.05）；tPSA與年齡沒(méi)有相關(guān)性（r為-0.093，P＞0.05）、fPSA與年齡存在正相關(guān)性（r為0.61，P0.05）；tPSA、fPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分沒(méi)有相關(guān)性（r為0.164和0.082，P均＞0.05）。 2.4ng/m1≤tPSA≤10ng/m1，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積呈正相關(guān)（r為0.225和0.347，P＜0.05和P0.01）；tPSA、fPSA與前列腺移行帶體積呈正相關(guān)（r為0.226和0.384，P0.05和P0.01）；tPSA、fPSA與年齡沒(méi)有相關(guān)性（r為0.179和0.289，P均0.05）；tPSA、fPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分沒(méi)有相關(guān)性，（r為0.013和0.057，P均0.05）。 3.tPSA＜4ng/m1，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積呈正相關(guān)（r0.605和0.668，P均＜0.05）；tPSA、fPSA與前列腺移行帶體積呈正相關(guān)（r為0.677和0.670，P均＜0.05）；tPSA、fPSA與年齡沒(méi)有相關(guān)性（r為0.000和0.142，P均0.05）；tPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分呈正相關(guān)（r為0.222，P0.05）；fPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分沒(méi)有相關(guān)性（r為0.097，P0.05）。 結(jié)論： 本研究結(jié)果顯示，tPSA＞10ng/m1時(shí)，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積、tPSA與前列腺移行帶體積、tPSA與年齡、tPSA、fPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分無(wú)相關(guān)性，fPSA與前列腺移行帶體積、年齡存在正相關(guān)性。在4ng/m1≤tPSA≤10ng/m1時(shí)，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積、移行帶體積呈正相關(guān)；tPSA、fPSA與年齡、I-PSS評(píng)分沒(méi)有相關(guān)性。在tPSA＜4ng/m1時(shí)，tPSA、fPSA與前列腺總體積、移行帶體積、tPSA與I-PSS評(píng)分呈正相關(guān)；tPSA、fPSA與年齡、fPSA與I-PSS沒(méi)有相關(guān)性。

To investigate the correlation between serum TPSA fPSA and total prostate volume, transitional zone volume, age and international prostate symptom score in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
