【摘要】：目的:探討男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停(OSA)患者性功能改變的研究方法及影響因素。方法:對81例男性O(shè)SA患者,年齡(40.5±8.6)歲與35例健康志愿者,年齡(38.8±10)歲,采用亞利桑那性體驗(yàn)量表(ASEX)與Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)問卷調(diào)查。以ASEX性驅(qū)動力項(xiàng)目評分4分歸為性驅(qū)動力下降組[n=32,年齡(41.97±8.88)歲],評分4歸為非性驅(qū)動力下降組[n=49,年齡(39.49±8.29)歲],比較患者一般特征與PSG數(shù)據(jù)。將性驅(qū)動力評分與PSG數(shù)據(jù)做多元線性回歸,評價(jià)影響性沖動能力因素。結(jié)果:OSA組患者ESS評分[(8±5)vs(5±4),P0.05)]、ASEX評分[(10±2)vs(15±4),P0.05)]均顯著高于對照組;OSA患者中性驅(qū)動力下降組ESS評分[(9±5)vs(6±5),P0.05)]、血氧飽和度低于90%時(shí)間(SIT90)[(41.01±26.95)vs(21.87±19.03),P0.05)]顯著高于非性驅(qū)動力下降組。多元回歸分析顯示年齡(β=0.25,P0.001)、SIT90(β=0.4,P0.001)影響OSA患者性沖動力評分。結(jié)論:OSA影響男性性功能的各個(gè)方面,其中以性驅(qū)動力下降最突出;夜間缺氧時(shí)間及年齡是OSA患者性驅(qū)動力下降的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素;性驅(qū)動力下降可視為OSA的一種主要臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the methods and influencing factors of sexual function changes in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods: 81 male patients with OSA, aged 40.5 鹵8.6 years and 35 healthy volunteers, aged 38.8 鹵10 years. Using the Arizona Sex experience scale (ASEXX) and the Epworth somnolence scale (ESS), the scores of ASEX driving force items were classified as the decreased sexual driving forces group (N32, age 41.97 鹵8.88 years), and the score 4 was classified as the non-sexual driving force decline group (nn 49, age 39.49 鹵8.29), and the score 4 was classified as the non-sexual driving force decline group (n = 49, age 39.49 鹵8.29). Compare patients' general characteristics with PSG data. Make multiple linear regression between sexual driving force score and PSG data. Results the ESS score of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group [10 鹵2 vs 15 鹵4V P0.05], and significantly higher than that in the control group [9 鹵5vs6 鹵5Vs0. 05], and the blood oxygen saturation was lower than that of SIT90 (41.01 鹵26.95vs21.87 鹵19.03P0.05), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (9 鹵5vs6 鹵5Vs0. 05), and the blood oxygen saturation was lower than that of the SIT90 (41.01 鹵26.95vs21.87 鹵19.03P0.05). Group. Multiple regression analysis showed that age (尾 -0.25g P0.001P0.001) affected the score of sexual impulse power in OSA patients. Conclusion the sexual function of male patients was affected by different aspects of OSA. Among them, the decrease of sex driving force was the most prominent, the time of nocturnal hypoxia and age were independent risk factors for the decrease of sex driving force in OSA patients, and the decrease of sex driving force could be regarded as one of the main clinical symptoms of OSA.
