腎癌組織中葡萄糖調(diào)節(jié)蛋白78的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的探討腎癌組織中葡萄糖調(diào)節(jié)蛋白78(GRP78)的表達(dá)及意義。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測108例腎癌患者癌組織及癌旁正常組織中GRP78表達(dá)。根據(jù)癌組織染色結(jié)果分為GRP78陽性表達(dá)和陰性表達(dá),分析不同GRP78表達(dá)與患者臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。采用Kaplan-Meier法計(jì)算不同GRP78表達(dá)者總生存期(OS),Logrank檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較。懫用Cox比例風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回歸模型分析OS的影響因素。結(jié)果腎癌組織中GRP78陽性表達(dá)率為72.3%(78/108),癌旁正常組織的陽性表達(dá)率為19.4%(21/108),二者比較P0.05。GRP78陽性表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、臨床分期有關(guān)(P均0.05),與性別、年齡、腫瘤直徑、病理類型、Fuhrman核分級無關(guān)(P均0.05)。腎癌組織GRP78陽性表達(dá)者與陰性表達(dá)者OS分別為(57.9±8.6)、(77.2±7.9)個月,二者比較P0.05。單因素Cox比例風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回歸模型分析顯示,GRP78表達(dá)、臨床分期、Fuhrman核分級、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與OS有關(guān)(P均0.05);多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,GRP78陽性表達(dá)、Fuhrman核分級高、有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是OS的獨(dú)立影響因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 GRP78在腎癌組織中表達(dá)升高,其高表達(dá)與患者OS有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of GRP78 in 108 cases of RCC and its adjacent normal tissues. Sexual and negative expression, The relationship between the expression of different GRP78 and the clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. The total survival time of patients with different GRP78 expression was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and the Logrank test was compared. Cox proportional risk regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of OS. The positive expression rate of GRP78 was 72.3% and 78 / 108%, and the positive rate of adjacent normal tissues was 19.4% and 21% 10 8% respectively. P0.05.GRP78 positive expression was compared with lymph node metastasis. There was no correlation between clinical staging and sex, age, tumor diameter, pathological type and Fuhrman's nuclear grade (P < 0.05). The OS of positive and negative expression of GRP78 in renal cell carcinoma was 57.9 鹵8.6 鹵7.9 鹵7.9 鹵7.9 鹵7.9 months, respectively. Compared with P0.05. univariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that the expression of pGRP78, the clinical stage of Fuhrman nuclear grade, lymph node metastasis and OS related P were 0.05, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the positive expression of pGRP78 was higher than that of Fuhrman nuclear grade. Lymph node metastasis is an independent influencing factor of OS (P < 0.05). Conclusion the expression of GRP78 in renal cell carcinoma is increased, and its high expression is related to OS.
