【摘要】：目的分析碘海醇所致造影劑腎病(CIN)的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法收集在河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科行經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈造影的646例患者臨床資料,根據(jù)造影劑腎病的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為CIN組(n=116)和非CIN組(n=530),比較兩組患者基礎(chǔ)疾病、自身情況的差異,采用Logistic回歸分析危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果 CIN組患者和非CIN組患者的2型糖尿病、慢性腎臟病、心力衰竭、低血壓、心肌梗死、急診PCI例數(shù)以及年齡、造影劑用量差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示:2型糖尿病、慢性腎臟病、心力衰竭、低血壓、心肌梗死、年齡≥70歲、造影劑用量≥200 ml、急診PCI是發(fā)生造影劑腎病的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論碘海醇所致造影劑腎病的發(fā)生受到基礎(chǔ)疾病、自身情況、造影劑用量等因素的影響,對(duì)于存在CIN高危因素的患者應(yīng)引起臨床上的高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the risk factors of contrast-agent nephropathy (cin) induced by iodohexol. Methods the clinical data of 646 patients undergoing percutaneous coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology, first Hospital of Hebei Medical University, were collected. According to the diagnostic criteria of contrast medium nephropathy, the patients were divided into CIN group (n = 116) and non-#en1# group (n = 530). The difference of basic diseases and their own condition between the two groups was compared. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors. Results Type 2 diabetes in CIN group and non-#en4# group was analyzed. Patients with chronic kidney disease, heart failure, hypotension, myocardial infarction, emergency PCI, age, contrast medium dosage were significantly different.
