【摘要】：目的分析腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)與機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)治療前列腺癌的療效和術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率的差異。方法將124例接受治療的前列腺癌患者納入研究。按手術(shù)方式的不同分為兩組,其中觀察組為機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)治療前列腺癌41例,對(duì)照組為腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)治療前列腺癌83例,比較兩組患者的術(shù)前資料、手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)中輸血量、術(shù)后生化復(fù)發(fā)率等指標(biāo),分析腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)與機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)的治療效果以及術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率的差異。結(jié)果在患者術(shù)前年齡、前列腺特異性抗原(PSA)、前列腺體積、Gleason評(píng)分、臨床分期上觀察組與對(duì)照組差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組出血量為(127±39.7)m L,對(duì)照組出血量為(400±18.1)m L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組輸血率為11.5%,對(duì)照組輸血率為32.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間為(3.21±0.51)h,對(duì)照組手術(shù)時(shí)間為(4.7±1.01)h,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡前列腺癌根治術(shù)對(duì)減少出血、輸血、術(shù)后生化復(fù)發(fā)率等方面較腹腔鏡有較大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the differences in the recurrence rate after curative effect and postoperative treatment of prostate cancer prostate cancer surgery and robot assisted laparoscopic radical laparoscopic prostate cancer. Methods 124 cases of prostate cancer patients treated in the study. Conclusions robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy to reduce bleeding, blood transfusion, postoperative biochemical recurrence rate compared to laparoscopic has great advantage.
