【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)過尿道利用2μm激光進行前列腺切除術(shù)后的尿路感染的臨床特點以及感染的原因分析,為降低前列腺切除術(shù)后發(fā)生的尿路感染提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2011年8月-2013年8月250例前列腺增生需行2μm激光前列腺切除術(shù)的患者進行試驗研究,術(shù)后第4天采集患者的尿液進行病原菌培養(yǎng),將試驗所得的尿路感染發(fā)生率進行對比分析,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 14.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 250例患者術(shù)后有55例患者發(fā)生感染,感染率為22.0%;共檢出57株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共31株占54.4%;logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡≥65歲、導(dǎo)尿管的留置時間≥3d、合并有糖尿病等及出現(xiàn)引流不佳是術(shù)后尿路感染的獨立危險因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)尿道2μm激光進行前列腺切除術(shù)后,雖然預(yù)防性的應(yīng)用抗菌藥物,但是尿路感染的發(fā)生率仍然較高,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)措施加以控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and causes of urinary tract infection after transurethral resection of prostate with 2 渭 m laser. Methods from August 2011 to August 2013, 250 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent 2 渭 m laser prostatectomy. On the 4th day after operation, the urine samples were collected for pathogen culture, and the incidence of urinary tract infection was compared and analyzed. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software 14.0. Results 55 patients were infected after operation. The infection rate was 22.00.A total of 57 pathogenic bacteria were detected, mainly Gram-negative bacteria, 31 of which accounted for 54.4% of the total. Logistic regression analysis showed that the age was more than 65 years old. The indwelling time of urethral catheter was more than 3 days, the complications of diabetes mellitus and poor drainage were the independent risk factors of postoperative urinary tract infection (P 0.05). Conclusion after transurethral 2 渭 m laser prostatectomy, although prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents, However, the incidence of urinary tract infection is still high, and measures should be taken to control it.
