【摘要】：本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)涵蓋了腎臟疾病生物樣本庫的管理和相關(guān)的操作規(guī)范。包括:倫理審批、行政許可報批和人員配備、樣本采集前準(zhǔn)備、樣本采集、樣本運送與交接、樣本處理和分裝、樣本入庫、樣本的使用與共享、樣本庫巡檢和應(yīng)急預(yù)案、樣本運輸、樣本銷毀、樣本庫質(zhì)量控制等。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)盡可能詳盡地描述每一個操作環(huán)節(jié)的規(guī)范,同時將樣本庫質(zhì)量管理體系中的管理理念貫穿于技術(shù)操作過程中,以期幫助國內(nèi)腎臟病單位生物樣本庫人員實現(xiàn)規(guī)范化管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作。
[Abstract]:This standard covers the management of the biological sample bank for renal diseases and related operational specifications. It includes: ethical examination and approval, administrative license approval and staffing, sample preparation before collection, sample collection, sample transportation and handover, sample handling and distribution, Sample storage, sample usage and sharing, sample base inspection and contingency plans, sample transportation, sample destruction, sample bank quality control, etc. At the same time, the management idea of the quality management system of the sample base is run through the technical operation process, in order to help the staff of the biological sample bank of the domestic kidney disease unit to realize the standardized management and the standardized operation.
