【摘要】：對(duì)129例弱精癥患者[伴精索靜脈曲張(VC)113例]與30例正常對(duì)照者進(jìn)行彩超檢查,主要檢查睪丸、附睪、精索靜脈最大內(nèi)徑及精索靜脈返流情況,將113例精索靜脈曲張患者設(shè)為曲張組,并進(jìn)行超聲分級(jí),分為亞臨床型精索靜脈曲張(SVC)、臨床型精索靜脈曲張(VC1、VC2、VC3)。比較組間睪丸體積、精液質(zhì)量變化的差異性,以及曲張組內(nèi)兩兩組間睪丸體積及精液質(zhì)量變化的差異性。組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,曲張組左側(cè)睪丸平均體積小于正常組左側(cè)睪丸平均體積(P0.01);曲張組內(nèi)左側(cè)睪丸平均體積均明顯小于同級(jí)右側(cè)睪丸平均體積(P0.05),VC2、VC3兩組右側(cè)睪丸體積均明顯小于正常組右側(cè)睪丸體積(P0.05),VC3組的右側(cè)睪丸體積小于SVC組(P0.05)。曲張組的精液質(zhì)量(精子活力、精子活率及精子密度)均明顯低于正常對(duì)照組(P0.01);VC組內(nèi)兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。VC可引起睪丸體積減小,精液質(zhì)量下降,隨曲張程度增加,睪丸體積變小越明顯、精液質(zhì)量的變化也呈下降趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:129 cases of azoospermia [113 cases of varicocele with varicocele] and 30 cases of normal control were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, the largest diameter of testis, epididymis, spermatic vein and the reflux of spermatic vein were examined. 113 patients with varicocele were divided into subclinical varicocele group and clinical varicocele group. And the difference of testicular volume and semen quality between two groups in the varicose group. The mean volume of the left testis in the varicose group was smaller than that in the normal group (P 0.01), and the mean volume of the left testis in the varicose group was significantly lower than that in the same grade of the right testis (P 0.05) and the right testicular volume in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the normal group. The right testicular volume of VC3 group was smaller than that of SVC group (P 0.05). The semen quality (sperm motility) of varicose group was lower than that of SVC group. The sperm motility and sperm density were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P 0.01). There were significant differences between the two groups. P0.05U. VC could decrease the testis volume and semen quality. With the increase of the degree of varicosity, the smaller the testis volume was, the more obvious the testicular volume was. Semen quality changes also showed a downward trend.
