【摘要】：正隨著人口老齡化的進程,加之環(huán)境污染日益嚴重,吸煙、飲酒等不良生活習慣相當普遍,重復癌的發(fā)病率日益增加。重復癌病情復雜,易誤診、漏診,治療亦相對困難,臨床中應提高對重復癌的診斷及鑒別診斷,以期早期治療,現(xiàn)報道1例重復癌如下。1臨床資料患者,男,66歲,因"膀胱癌術后2年余"于2015年11月入院。2013年6月患者因"間歇性無痛性肉眼血尿3個月"就診,CT提示:膀胱內軟組織密度影(4.8cm×3.3cm),高度提
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population and the increasing pollution of the environment, the bad habits of smoking and drinking are quite common, and the incidence of repeated cancer is increasing day by day. The disease of repeated cancer is complex, prone to misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, and relatively difficult to treat. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of repeated cancer should be improved in order to treat it early. This paper reports a case of repeated cancer as follows: male 66 years old. The patient was admitted on November 2015 because of "more than 2 years after operation of bladder cancer". In June 2013, the patient was admitted to hospital because of "intermittent painless hematuria for 3 months". Ct showed that the soft tissue density of bladder was 4.8cm 脳 3.3cm ~ (-1).
