【摘要】：我國尿毒癥患者正日益增加,疾病不僅給患者造成身體的痛苦,給其家庭造成極大的經(jīng)濟負擔,也給患者及家屬造成沉重的心理壓力,影響到患者的生理-心理-社會系統(tǒng)。生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論認為,個人生活的環(huán)境是個完整的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),強調把人放在環(huán)境中考察,關注個人與環(huán)境的互動。本文以X區(qū)中醫(yī)院尿毒癥患者互助小組為例,運用生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論,從患者的個人心理、信念等微觀系統(tǒng)、患者的家庭、病友、醫(yī)護人員等中觀系統(tǒng)和社會政策、社區(qū)等宏觀系統(tǒng)三個層面進行問題分析和需求評估,并制定、實施相應的介入計劃協(xié)助患者解決問題。本研究中,社會工作者以構建病友互助交流平臺為介入點,以促進尿毒癥患者個人、家庭、病友支持系統(tǒng)的完善為介入目標,采用定量與定性相結合的研究方法對尿毒癥患者互助小組的介入成效進行了評估,探索了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論指導下的小組工作模式對提高尿毒癥患者社會支持的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論為指導,小組工作對于增強尿毒癥患者的社會支持具有明顯的成效——小組成員的社會支持量表(包括主觀支持、客觀支持和對支持的利用度)得分都有較大的提高,互助小組服務的模式和內容、工作成效得到了服務對象、醫(yī)院的肯定。由于經(jīng)驗不足及水平的原因,本研究也必然存在一些欠缺之處,對此筆者也進行了反思總結。
[Abstract]:The number of uremic patients in our country is increasing day by day. The disease not only causes the patients' physical pain and great economic burden to their families, but also causes heavy psychological pressure to the patients and their families. Affecting patients' physiological, psychological and social systems. Ecosystem theory holds that the environment in which individuals live is a complete ecosystem, and emphasizes the consideration of human beings in the environment. This article takes the mutual help group of uremic patients in district X district Chinese medicine hospital as an example, using ecosystem theory, from the microcosmic system of individual psychology, belief and so on, the patient's family, the patient's friend, the patient's family, the patient's friend, the patient's family, the patient's family, the patient's friend. In this study, three levels of problem analysis and needs assessment are carried out, such as medical staff and social policy, and macro-system, such as community, and the corresponding intervention plan is formulated and implemented to help patients solve problems. Social workers take the establishment of a mutual communication platform for patients as the intervention point, in order to promote the improvement of the individual, family and patient support system of patients with uremia as the intervention goal. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention of uremic patients' mutual aid group, and the role of group work model under the guidance of ecosystem theory in improving social support for uremic patients was explored. Guided by ecosystem theory, group work was effective in enhancing social support for uremic patients-the social support scale for group members (including subjective support). Objective support and utilization of support) scores have been greatly improved, mutual assistance group service model and content, work results have been confirmed by the target, hospital. Because of lack of experience and level of reasons, There must be some deficiencies in this study, and the author also reflects on it.
