【摘要】：目的觀察輸尿管中下段石街或結(jié)石患者輸尿管鏡吸引取石術(shù)中應(yīng)用可測(cè)壓輸尿管吸引鞘系統(tǒng)的效果。方法選擇17例輸尿管中下段石街或結(jié)石患者,用可測(cè)壓輸尿管吸引鞘系統(tǒng)行智能監(jiān)控腔內(nèi)壓力的輸尿管鏡吸引取石術(shù)。觀察手術(shù)效果及并發(fā)癥等情況。結(jié)果 16例一期置入可測(cè)壓輸尿管吸引鞘并成功實(shí)施智能監(jiān)控腔內(nèi)壓力的輸尿管鏡吸引取石術(shù),1例因置入可測(cè)壓輸尿管吸引鞘失敗改為普通輸尿管鏡碎石術(shù)。16例術(shù)中腔內(nèi)壓力均控制在20 mm Hg以內(nèi),手術(shù)時(shí)間為(48.2±12.9)min,清石率為100%。術(shù)中均未出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥,術(shù)后2例發(fā)生ClavienⅠ級(jí)并發(fā)癥,1例發(fā)生ClavienⅡ級(jí)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論輸尿管中下段石街或結(jié)石患者行輸尿管鏡吸引取石術(shù)中應(yīng)用可測(cè)壓輸尿管吸引鞘系統(tǒng)效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ureteroscopic suction system on ureteral suction sheath in patients with middle and lower ureteral stone block or calculi. Methods 17 patients with middle and lower ureteral stone block or calculi were selected. Ureteroscopic suction lithotripsy was performed by using ureteral suction sheath system with measurable pressure. The results of operation and complications were observed. Results 16 cases of ureteral suction sheath were placed in one stage and were successfully performed. One case of ureteroscopic suction lithotripsy, which could monitor the pressure of the ureteroscope, was changed into common ureteroscopic lithotripsy because of the failure of placement of ureteral suction sheath. 16 cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy were controlled within 20 mm Hg during the operation. The operative time was 48.2 鹵12.9 min, and the stone removal rate was 100. There were no complications during the operation. There were 2 cases of Clavien 鈪，
