【摘要】：目的:觀察和絡(luò)寧風(fēng)顆粒治療慢性腎衰竭血液透析伴鈣磷代謝紊亂患者的治療效果,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)研究,探尋中醫(yī)藥防治慢性腎衰竭鈣磷代謝紊亂更為有效的方法與途徑。方法:將符合入選的74例慢性腎衰竭血液透析伴鈣磷代謝紊亂患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組37例。對(duì)照組患者給予基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組患者在接受基礎(chǔ)治療的同時(shí),服用和絡(luò)寧風(fēng)顆粒。服藥2個(gè)月為一療程,共治療1個(gè)療程。觀察患者治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分及實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)的變化,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)包括:血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、鈣(Ca)、磷(P)、甲狀旁腺激素(i PTH)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、血紅蛋白(HGB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)。結(jié)果:(1)治療組總有效率為85.29%,對(duì)照組總有效率為66.67%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);(2)治療組患者在控制中醫(yī)證候積分明顯降低,改善臨床癥狀方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01);(3)治療組患者治療后血清Ca水平升高,血清P、i PTH、ALP水平降低,療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);(4)治療組患者血HGB、血清ALB、PA升高,療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);(5)治療組患者血清BUN、Cr水平降低,療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:和絡(luò)寧風(fēng)顆�？捎行д{(diào)節(jié)慢性腎衰竭鈣磷代謝紊亂,改善患者腎功能及營養(yǎng)狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of he Luoning Feng granule on chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder, combined with modern pharmacological study. Methods: 74 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 37 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given basic treatment, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with Heloningfeng granule while the patients in the treatment group were treated for 2 months as a course of treatment. Observe the changes of TCM syndromes integral and laboratory indexes before and after treatment. The laboratory indexes include: serum urea nitrogen bun, creatinine, calcium caproxide, phosphorophosphate, parathyroid hormone I PTHN, alkaline phosphatase ALPU, hemoglobin (HGBG), serum albumin (ALBN), prealbumin (PAA). Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29, and that of the control group was 85.29.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29, and that of the control group was higher than that of the control group. The effective rate was 66.67 and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05P0.05) the score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group (P 0.01). After treatment, the serum Ca level was increased, and the serum Proni PTHU ALP level was decreased in the treatment group. The curative effect was better than that in the control group (P 0.05)) the serum HGBand ALBPA in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. The therapeutic effect was better than that of the control group (P0.05P0.05)) the serum level of BUN-Cr in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.050.Conclusion: Horoningfeng granule can effectively regulate the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal failure and improve the renal function and nutritional status of the patients.
