【摘要】：正膀胱癌在我國是最常見的泌尿生殖系惡性腫瘤之一,嚴重威脅著人類的生命健康。目前,根治性膀胱切除術(shù)(radical cystectomy,RC)和盆腔淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)(pelvic lymph node dissection,PLND)是肌層浸潤性膀胱癌和高危非肌層浸潤性膀胱癌的標準治療方式~([1]),其中,PLND所起到的分期和治療作用已得到公認,然而其清掃范圍尚沒有統(tǒng)一的標準。筆者結(jié)合PLND的研究進展及中山大學孫逸仙紀念醫(yī)院泌尿外科的實踐經(jīng)驗,就膀胱癌PLND展開討論。
[Abstract]:Normal bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the genitourinary system in China, which is a serious threat to human life and health. Radical cystectomy (RCC) and pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) are the standard methods for the treatment of myometrial invasive bladder cancer and high risk non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer ([1]), in which the staging and therapeutic role of PLND has been recognized. However, there is no uniform standard in the scope of dissection. Based on the research progress of PLND and the practical experience of urology in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, the author discusses PLND of bladder cancer.
