【摘要】：Klotho是一種抗衰老基因。既往研究表明,Klotho不僅具有抗衰老作用,還有保護(hù)腎臟的作用。近年研究表明,Klotho蛋白具有激素樣作用,除可在腎臟局部發(fā)揮作用外,還可作用于遠(yuǎn)端器官(如心血管系統(tǒng))。慢性腎臟病患者常死于心血管疾病。由于Klotho高表達(dá)于腎臟且可作用于遠(yuǎn)端器官,因此,Klotho對(duì)慢性腎臟病相關(guān)心血管病變的作用成為近年研究熱點(diǎn)。本文就Klotho對(duì)慢性腎臟病合并心血管病變的影響進(jìn)行綜述。
