【摘要】：目的觀察前列腺癌(PCa)組織中ERG蛋白的表達(dá)變化并探討意義。方法選擇144例PCa和100例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者,取其前列腺組織,采用免疫組化Max Vision法檢測ERG蛋白,并分析其與相關(guān)臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 PCa及BPH組織中ERG蛋白的陽性表達(dá)率分別為25.0%和0,兩者比較,P0.01;PCa組織中ERG蛋白表達(dá)與患者的年齡、術(shù)前前列腺特異性抗原值及遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移無關(guān)(P均0.05),與Gleason評分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.175,P0.05),Gleason評分≤7分組ERG蛋白表達(dá)率高于Gleason評分7分組(P0.05)。結(jié)論PCa患者前列腺癌組織中ERG蛋白表達(dá)升高,ERG蛋白的檢測可能有助于PCa患者的鑒別診斷及病理分級。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of ERG protein in prostate cancer (PCA) tissues and explore its significance. Methods 144 patients with PCa and 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were selected. ERG protein was detected by immunohistochemical Max Vision method. Results the positive expression rates of ERG protein in PCa and BPH were 25.0% and 0 respectively (P 0.01). The expression of ERG protein in PCa was not correlated with age, prostate specific antigen and distant metastasis (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation with Gleason score (P 0.05).
