【摘要】：多種藥物及毒物可導(dǎo)致腎臟疾病,部分表現(xiàn)為腎小球損傷。及時發(fā)現(xiàn)致病藥物并采取相應(yīng)措施對于藥物相關(guān)腎損傷的治療至關(guān)重要。目前,對藥物相關(guān)腎損傷尤其是腎小球損傷的認識仍處于起始階段。本文主要結(jié)合當前研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述藥物相關(guān)腎小球損傷的不同臨床特點、發(fā)病機制、治療及預(yù)后,加深認識,提高診斷和治療水平,以期達到合理用藥和減少藥物相關(guān)腎臟疾病之目的。
[Abstract]:Many drugs and poisons can lead to kidney disease, some of them are glomerular injury. It is very important to find pathogenic drugs and take appropriate measures for the treatment of drug-related renal injury. The understanding of drug-related renal injury, especially glomerular injury, is still at the initial stage. This article mainly discusses the different clinical characteristics, pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis of drug-related glomerular injury. To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment in order to achieve rational use of drugs and reduce drug-related kidney diseases.
