【摘要】：目的分析腎內(nèi)科血液透析患者醫(yī)院感染的特點,為醫(yī)院感染的預防及控制提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取了2011年5月-2013年3月腎內(nèi)科接受血液透析的324例患者為調(diào)查對象,回顧性分析感染患者的臨床資料,統(tǒng)計分析感染部位分布、影響因素以及病原菌種類等。結(jié)果 324例血液透析患者共發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染52例,感染率為16.05%;感染部位以肺部、泌尿道為主,分別占32.7%和23.1%,其次依次為血管通路、腹膜炎、腸道、皮膚;共分離出病原菌44株,其中革蘭陰性菌21株占47.7%,革蘭陽性菌15株占34.1%,真菌8株占18.2%;年齡60歲、靜脈置導管、血紅蛋白≤90g/L、血清白蛋白30g/L、伴有糖尿病腎病是血液透析患者醫(yī)院感染相關影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論腎內(nèi)科患者血液透析過程中發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的風險較高,對此需要在控制原發(fā)病的基礎上采取有效措施進行干預,減少侵入性操作、縮短住院時間,從而有效降低病死率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of nosocomial infection in hemodialysis patients in renal department. Methods 324 patients who received hemodialysis from May 2011 to March 2013 were selected as the subjects. Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of infected patients, statistical analysis of the distribution of infection sites, influencing factors and types of pathogens. Results 324 patients with hemodialysis patients with hospital infection 52 cases.
