【摘要】：正患者男,2歲。1歲時行超聲檢查示左腎下極,大小約13mm×11mm異常區(qū),提示左腎囊腫。1年后復(fù)診超聲示左腎下極大小約35 mm×30 mm異常區(qū),提示左腎混合占位。增強CT示"左腎下極良性占位,間葉性錯構(gòu)瘤?"遂于我院復(fù)查,超聲所見:左腎下極大小約39mm×29mm×34mm,邊界清,形態(tài)規(guī)則,似有包膜,內(nèi)回聲不均,實質(zhì)部分內(nèi)見不規(guī)則無回聲區(qū)(圖1),盆腹腔未探及明顯異常淋巴
