【摘要】 目的 對附著齦重建在口腔種植修復中的應用價值進行分析探討。方法 81例患者， 均行附著齦重建術(shù)， 觀察治療4周及6個月后的角化黏膜寬度及其他指標的改善情況。結(jié)果 患者6個月后復診時， 口腔的衛(wèi)生狀況良好， 種植體均比較穩(wěn)定， 探診出血（BOP）位點百分比為24.1%。術(shù)后4周， 角化黏膜寬度較術(shù)前得到明顯改善（P0.05）， 與術(shù)前相比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and investigate the application value of attached gingiva reconstruction in oral implant repair. Methods A total of 81 patients underwent attached gingiva reconstruction， and their improvements in keratinized mucous membrane width and other indexes were observed in 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment. 種植義齒已經(jīng)成為修復缺失牙的首選方法， 如何在確保種植體到達骨結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上對周圍軟組織進行處理已經(jīng)成為臨床研究熱點。附著齦（attached gingival， AG）缺失或較窄在臨床上比較常見， 附著齦可以對牙周組織起到保護作用， 減少甚至抵抗刷牙、食物咀嚼等刺激， 確保齦緣穩(wěn)定， 預防菌斑滯留， 對黏膜肌纖維生物力起到緩沖作用， 對于種植體周圍組織健康與美觀意義重大[1]。研究指出， 角化黏膜不足會使種植體周圍的黏膜炎癥加重， 菌斑積聚增加， 并且同種植體頸部的牙槽骨吸收及附著喪失有密切關(guān)系[2]。因此， 增加種植體周圍的附著齦寬度是十分必要的。為了進一步對附著齦重建在口腔種植修復中的應用價值進行分析探討， 作者對本院2010年2月～2013年5月收治的81例患者的臨床資料進行回顧性分析， 現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報告如下。
