【摘要】：正宮頸癌是常見的婦科惡性腫瘤,在發(fā)展中國家其發(fā)病率居?jì)D科惡性腫瘤之首[1]。人乳頭瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)是一種DNA病毒。大量的研究[2]表明,HPV的持續(xù)感染是宮頸癌發(fā)病的必要因素。目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)超過160種HPV亞型,根據(jù)其致癌危險(xiǎn)性的大小分為高危型HPV(high-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)和低危型HPV(lowrisk human papillomavirus,LR-HPV)。作者對(duì)鄭州市
