在體女性閉孔神經數(shù)字化三維模型的構建研究

【摘要】:目的探討基于計算機斷層增強掃描(CTA)數(shù)據(jù)集的女性在體閉孔神經三維重建的方法。方法選取2014年1月1日至6月1日16例因宮頸癌于南方醫(yī)科大學南方醫(yī)院行CT掃描患者的二維斷層圖像數(shù)據(jù)集,利用計算機斷層掃描三維重建技術構建閉孔神經及周圍相關組織三維模型。結果重建的女性閉孔神經模型符合閉孔神經形態(tài)。其不僅可以進行任意角度的旋轉,還可以觀察其與周圍毗鄰組織的關系。重建的閉孔神經三維模型與術中解剖完全吻合。結論利用CTA數(shù)據(jù)集進行計算機三維重建可理想地顯示閉孔神經,及其與髂內外血管及閉孔動靜脈等毗鄰組織的關系,是研究女性閉孔神經與毗鄰組織關系的好方法,有較大的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the method of three-dimensional reconstruction of female obturator nerve based on enhanced CT scanning (CTA) data set. Methods from January 1 to June 1, 2014, 16 patients with cervical cancer underwent CT scanning in Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University. The three-dimensional model of obturator nerve and its surrounding tissues was constructed by using three-dimensional reconstruction technique of computerized tomography. Results the reconstructed female obturator nerve model was in accordance with the shape of obturator nerve. It can not only rotate at any angle, but also observe its relationship with adjacent tissues. The reconstructed three-dimensional model of obturator nerve is in good agreement with the intraoperative anatomy. Conclusion three-dimensional reconstruction of obturator nerve with CTA data set can display obturator nerve and its relationship with adjacent tissues such as internal and external iliac vessels and obturator arteriovenous tissues. It is a good method to study the relationship between female obturator nerve and adjacent tissues, and has great application value.
