【摘要】：目的研究孕期牙齦炎的防治方法和措施。方法選取2015年1月~2015年3月我院收治的備孕期婦女131例作為研究對(duì)象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組66例和對(duì)照組65例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組孕前進(jìn)行全面的口腔科查體,并給予專業(yè)衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo),超聲波口腔潔治術(shù),對(duì)于原有口腔疾病,比如牙齦炎和冠周炎進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)照組常規(guī)刷牙指導(dǎo),不做其他干預(yù)措施。結(jié)果對(duì)照組懷孕期間牙齦炎發(fā)病率顯著高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論婦女如果能夠在孕前3個(gè)月進(jìn)行查體,接受專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和治療,可以明顯減少牙齦炎在妊娠期的發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prevention and treatment of gum inflammation during pregnancy. Methods 131 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 66) and control group (n = 65). The experimental group underwent comprehensive stomatology examination before pregnancy, and gave professional hygiene guidance, ultrasonic oral cleaning, for the treatment of the original oral diseases, such as gum inflammation and pericoronitis, the control group routine brushing guidance, no other intervention measures. Results the incidence of gum inflammation in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P 0.05). Conclusion if women can undergo physical examination 3 months before pregnancy, receive professional guidance and treatment, can significantly reduce the incidence of gum inflammation during pregnancy.
