【摘要】：深靜脈血栓常見于下肢,可繼發(fā)肺栓塞,兩者合稱為靜脈血栓栓塞癥(VTE),深靜脈血栓是婦科術(shù)后常見并發(fā)癥之一,嚴(yán)重者顯著影響生活質(zhì)量甚至導(dǎo)致患者死亡。近年來,電刺激治療越來越多地被應(yīng)用于預(yù)防深靜脈血栓,其在預(yù)防血栓的作用及機(jī)制正逐步被揭示,全面了解神經(jīng)肌肉電刺激將為血栓干預(yù)提供新的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Deep venous thrombosis is common in lower extremities and can be secondary to pulmonary embolism. (VTE), deep venous thrombosis is one of the common complications after gynecological surgery, which significantly affects the quality of life and even leads to death. In recent years, electrical stimulation therapy has been more and more used in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis, its role and mechanism in the prevention of thrombosis is gradually revealed, a comprehensive understanding of neuromuscular electrical stimulation will provide a new goal for thrombus intervention.
