【摘要】：目的觀察婦科再造膠囊輔助治療多囊卵巢綜合征的效果。方法選擇2010年12月~2015年12月收治的500例多囊卵巢綜合征患者,隨機分為研究組、對照組,每組250例。研究組采用婦科再造膠囊聯(lián)合炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片治療,對照組采用炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片治療。比較兩組的治療效果及治療前后血清中的促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黃體生成素(LH)和睪酮(T)水平。結(jié)果研究組、對照組的治療總有效率分別為94.0%和87.2%,研究組的治療總有效率顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者血清中的FSH、T、LH水平差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組血清中的FSH、T、LH水平均顯著降低(P0.05),研究組患者治療后的血清FSH[(3.8±0.6)m IU/ml vs(4.4±0.7)m IU/ml]、T[(0.5±0.2)μg/L vs(1.0±0.4)μg/L]、LH[(6.6±1.1)m IU/ml vs(8.7±1.6)m IU/ml]均顯著低于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論婦科再造膠囊聯(lián)合炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片治療多囊卵巢綜合征的效果明顯,可明顯改善性激素代謝情況,可在臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of gynecological reconstruction capsule in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods from December 2010 to December 2015, 500 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into study group (n = 250) and control group (n = 250). The study group was treated with gynecological reconstruction capsule combined with ethylestradiol cycloprodroxyprogesterone tablets, while the control group was treated with ethylestradiol cyclopropanone tablets. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and the levels of follicular hormone (FSH), LH (LH) and testosterone (T) in serum before and after treatment were compared. Results the total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 94.0% and 87.2%, respectively. the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum FSH,T,LH level between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the serum FSH,T,LH levels in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).
