【摘要】：目的研究子宮肌瘤細(xì)胞中自噬的程度,探討自噬對子宮肌瘤的影響。方法隨機(jī)選取2013年7月至2014年6月該院因子宮肌瘤住院的患者20例,取子宮肌瘤組織和同一病例正常子宮平滑肌。其中各取10例組織消化為細(xì)胞,利用單丹黃酰尸胺(MDC)染色后檢測熒光度,檢測自噬囊泡數(shù)量。另取10例組織提取蛋白,利用Western blot檢測自噬相關(guān)蛋白Ⅱ型微管相關(guān)蛋白輕鏈3(LC3-Ⅱ)、Beclin-1和P62表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果肌瘤細(xì)胞中自噬囊泡熒光度明顯低于正常子宮平滑肌細(xì)胞(P0.05),肌瘤細(xì)胞中LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1和P62蛋白水平也明顯低于正常子宮平滑肌細(xì)胞(P0.05)。結(jié)論子宮肌瘤細(xì)胞中自噬水平明顯降低,自噬抑制可能為子宮肌瘤發(fā)生的原因之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the degree of autophagy in uterine myoma cells and to explore the effect of autophagy on uterine myoma.
