PCOS患者卵泡液維生素D水平與IVF周期結(jié)局相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的探討多囊卵巢綜合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)患者卵泡液中維生素D水平變化與體外受精-胚胎移植(In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)周期臨床妊娠的相關(guān)性。方法選取首次接受IVF-ET治療的PCOS患者61例,根據(jù)治療結(jié)局分為臨床妊娠組(A組)和臨床未妊娠組(B組),采用ELISA法測(cè)定血漿及卵泡液25(OH)D水平,分析卵泡液中25(OH)D水平與IVF臨床妊娠是否相關(guān)。結(jié)果血漿25(OH)D與卵泡液25(OH)D水平直線相關(guān)(R方為0.914,調(diào)整R方為0.913;P0.05);A組與B組相比,血漿25(OH)D分別為(31.9±4.67)ng/ml和(21.11±3.31)ng/ml、卵泡液25(OH)D分別為(32.02±3.68)ng/ml和(19.76±3.37)ng/ml,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);卵泡液25(OH)D水平與臨床妊娠密切相關(guān)[OR值(95%CI)為1.60(1.3~2.24);P0.05]。結(jié)論 PCOS患者卵泡液25(OH)D水平可反映體內(nèi)25(OH)D水平,卵泡液25(OH)D水平可作為監(jiān)測(cè)PCOS患者IVF成功的獨(dú)立因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between vitamin D level in follicular fluid and clinical pregnancy in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET) cycle in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS). Methods 61 patients with PCOS treated with IVF-ET for the first time were divided into clinical pregnancy group (group A) and clinical non-pregnant group (group B) according to the outcome of treatment. The levels of 25 (OH) D in plasma and follicular fluid were measured by ELISA method. The correlation between 25 (OH) D level in follicular fluid and clinical pregnancy of IVF was analyzed. Results there was a linear correlation between plasma 25 (OH) D and follicular fluid 25 (OH) D level (R side was 0.914, adjusted R side was 0.913 脳 0.05).
