飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)對(duì)孕婦BMI與分娩方式的影響研究

【摘要】:目的探討飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)對(duì)孕婦分娩方式及體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)的影響作用。方法選取2013年3月至2015年3月建卡后一直在東南大學(xué)附屬江陰市人民醫(yī)院產(chǎn)檢及分娩的600例孕婦作為研究對(duì)象,其中300例接受飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)及常規(guī)醫(yī)囑(指導(dǎo)組),另外300例僅接受常規(guī)醫(yī)囑指導(dǎo)(對(duì)照組),監(jiān)測(cè)兩組孕婦的BMI變化及分娩方式。結(jié)果孕第24周、36周、分娩時(shí),指導(dǎo)組的BMI值均顯著低于對(duì)照組(t值分別為2.598、3.729、4.041,均P0.05)。指導(dǎo)組的陰道順產(chǎn)率為61.00%,顯著的高于對(duì)照組的45.67%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=14.17,P0.05),指導(dǎo)組的分娩孕周顯著大于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=12.231,P0.05)。指導(dǎo)組的巨大兒、宮內(nèi)窘迫、胎膜早破發(fā)生率均顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為11.395、5.172、11.527,均P0.05)。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)孕期飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)有利于合理控制孕婦的體重增值、提高陰道順產(chǎn)率、提高生育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of diet and exercise guidance on delivery mode and body mass index (BMI) of pregnant women. Methods from March 2013 to March 2015, 600 pregnant women who had been undergoing antenatal examination and delivery in Jiangyin people's Hospital affiliated to Southeast University were selected as subjects. Among them, 300 pregnant women received diet, exercise guidance and routine medical orders (guidance group), and the other 300 cases only received routine medical orders (control group). The changes of BMI and delivery mode of pregnant women in the two groups were monitored. Results the BMI values of the guidance group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 24th week, 36th week of gestation and delivery (t = 2.598, 3.729, 4.041, P 0.05). The vaginal delivery rate in the guidance group was 61.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (45.67%) (P < 0.05).
