【摘要】：正絕經(jīng)激素治療(MHT)是一種醫(yī)療措施,并非保健措施,有它的適應(yīng)證和禁忌證。隨著有關(guān)研究的不斷深入,對(duì)MHT的適應(yīng)證及禁忌證的認(rèn)識(shí)不斷更新及完善,本文將解析其禁忌證,以幫助臨床醫(yī)生在MHT臨床實(shí)踐中作出正確的抉擇。1已知或懷疑妊娠胚胎著床后至妊娠12周,是胚胎各器官高度分化、迅速發(fā)育的敏感時(shí)期,此時(shí)如孕婦用藥不當(dāng),可影響胎兒細(xì)胞的正常分化。妊娠早期第7~8周開(kāi)始,
[Abstract]:Orthopedic hormone treatment of (MHT) is a medical measure, not a health care measure, there are its indications and contraindications. With the deepening of related research and the continuous updating and improvement of the indications and contraindications of MHT, this paper will analyze the contraindications in order to help clinicians make the correct choice in the clinical practice of MHT. 1 it is known or suspected that the period from implantation of pregnant embryo to 12 weeks of pregnancy is a sensitive period of highly differentiated and rapid development of various organs of embryo.
