【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)比較四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服與單純中藥口服治療寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕的臨床療效，探討四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服治療寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕的優(yōu)勢(shì)，為寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕的治療提供一個(gè)新的思路。 方法：將2012年12月至2013年9月于河南中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)門診就診的寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕患者，，隨機(jī)分成2組。對(duì)照組50例，采用中藥口服治療；治療組50例，采用四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服—穴位注射、中頻脈沖電理療、灌腸法及青鹽外敷法治療。觀察治療后輸卵管通暢情況，中醫(yī)證候積分改善情況及隨訪治療后半年內(nèi)妊娠情況。 結(jié)果：1.對(duì)照組總有效率為79.59%，治療組總有效率為94.00%。兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）； 2.對(duì)照組宮內(nèi)妊娠15例，異位妊娠0例，宮內(nèi)妊娠率為30.61%；治療組宮內(nèi)妊娠27例，異位妊娠0例，宮內(nèi)妊娠率為54.00%。兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）； 3.對(duì)照組治療后中醫(yī)證候積分為18.69±1.27，有效率為85.71%，治療組治療后中醫(yī)證候積分為10.28±1.06，有效率為94.00%，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：1四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服能有效改善寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕癥的臨床癥狀及體征，療效優(yōu)于單純中藥口服治療。 2四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服治療寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕癥，能夠明顯提高輸卵管復(fù)通的幾率及治療后妊娠率，療效明顯優(yōu)于單純中藥口服治療。 3本課題為四聯(lián)外治法結(jié)合中藥口服治療寒濕瘀滯型輸卵管炎性不孕癥的臨床推廣應(yīng)用提供了可靠的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of four external treatments combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of salpingitis infertile of cold dampness stasis type, and to explore the advantages of four external treatments combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of salpingitis infertile of cold dampness stasis type, so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of salpingitis infertile of cold dampness stasis type. Methods: from December 2012 to September 2013, the patients with salpingitis with cold dampness and stasis were randomly divided into two groups in the outpatient Department of Reproductive Medicine, the first affiliated Hospital of Henan Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine. The control group (n = 50) was treated with oral Chinese medicine, while the treatment group (n = 50) was treated with four external treatments combined with oral acupoint injection of traditional Chinese medicine, intermediate frequency pulse electrophysiotherapy, enema and green salt external application. The tubal patency, the improvement of TCM syndrome score and pregnancy within half a year after treatment were observed. Results: 1. The total effective rate was 79.59% in the control group and 94.00% in the treatment group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). In the control group, there were 15 cases of uterine pregnancy, 0 cases of ectopic pregnancy, the rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 30.61%, 27 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, 0 cases of ectopic pregnancy, the rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 54.00%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the score of TCM syndromes in the control group was 18.69 鹵1.27, the effective rate was 85.71%, and that in the treatment group was 10.28 鹵1.06, and the effective rate was 94.00%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1 the combination of four external treatments and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of salpingitis sterility with cold, dampness and stasis, and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone. (2) the combination of four external treatments and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of salpingitis sterility with cold, dampness and stasis can obviously improve the probability of fallopian tube recanalization and pregnancy rate after treatment, and the curative effect is obviously better than that of oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine alone. This study provides a reliable scientific basis for the clinical application of four external treatments combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of salpingitis sterility with cold dampness and stasis.
