【摘要】：正剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕妊娠(CSP)是剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后遠期潛在的嚴重并發(fā)癥。近年來,隨著剖宮產(chǎn)率的上升,剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮瘢痕妊娠的發(fā)生率也逐漸提高。CSP臨床表現(xiàn)各異,早期易漏診,在人工流產(chǎn)時易發(fā)生不可控制的大出血,在中孕時則可能發(fā)生子宮自發(fā)破裂,嚴重者可能使患者喪失生育能力甚至生命~([1])。為提高對該病的認識與診治水平,本文對本院8年來收治的剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕妊娠診斷處理總結(jié)分析。
[Abstract]:(CSP) of scar pregnancy after cesarean section is a potential and serious complications after cesarean section. In recent years, with the increase of cesarean section rate, the incidence of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section has gradually increased. The clinical manifestations of CSP are different, it is easy to miss diagnosis in the early stage, uncontrollable massive bleeding occurs in induced abortion, spontaneous rupture of uterus may occur in middle pregnancy, and severe cases may make patients lose fertility and even life. In order to improve the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, this paper summarizes and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean section scar pregnancy treated in our hospital in the past 8 years.
