【摘要】：近年來(lái),臨床上發(fā)現(xiàn)妊娠劇吐的發(fā)病率有所升高,本文主要分析了現(xiàn)在臨床上針對(duì)該疾病的常規(guī)診療方法,主要是飲食治療、單純西醫(yī)治療、單純中醫(yī)治療以及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療和心理治療,發(fā)現(xiàn)了單純中醫(yī)或是西醫(yī)治療均不及中西結(jié)合治療對(duì)緩解患者癥狀、尿酮體轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間及防止復(fù)發(fā)的療效顯著。因此,在治療妊娠劇吐疾病,我們可充分發(fā)揮中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, it has been found that the incidence of this disease has increased in clinical practice. This paper mainly analyses the conventional diagnosis and treatment methods for this disease, mainly the treatment of diet, the treatment of pure western medicine, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the psychotherapy. It is found that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine is less than that of the combination of Chinese and western medicine to relieve the symptoms of the patient, the time of the conversion of the urine ketone body and the prevention of the recurrence. Therefore, we can give full play to the advantages of the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine in the treatment of the disease of the pregnancy.
