【摘要】：正子宮苗勒腺肉瘤(AS)又稱子宮腺肉瘤,是由Clement等〔1〕于1974年首次報(bào)道的一種低度惡性混合性腫瘤,大約占子宮肉瘤的8%〔2〕,發(fā)病率極低,但預(yù)后良好,目前對(duì)其治療方案仍存在很多爭(zhēng)議。1臨床資料患者,女,61歲,因下腹部不適半年,發(fā)現(xiàn)子宮腫物1 w于2014年6月3日入院。既往:G5P2A3,曾經(jīng)有痛經(jīng)病史,并進(jìn)行加重。婦科檢查:子宮前位、增大,約10×9 cm,質(zhì)硬,活動(dòng)度
[Abstract]:(AS), also known as uterine adenosarcoma, is a low-grade malignant mixed tumor first reported by Clement et al. (1) in 1974, accounting for about 8% (2) of uterine sarcomas. The incidence is very low, but the prognosis is very good.
