【摘要】：目的探討腹腔熱灌注順鉑治療老年晚期卵巢癌的臨床效果。方法 80例患者分為兩組,各40例,均使用紫杉醇。對(duì)照組聯(lián)合順鉑靜注,觀察組聯(lián)合順鉑腹腔熱灌注治療,比較兩組治療過程中CA125水平變化,統(tǒng)計(jì)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及2年生存率。結(jié)果治療后1個(gè)周期開始,觀察組CA125水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察組發(fā)生腎功能損傷和骨髓抑制的比例顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察組1年及2年生存率均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹腔熱灌注順鉑能顯著提高患者生存率,減少不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraperitoneal heat perfusion of cisplatin on advanced ovarian cancer in the elderly. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups(40 cases each). In the control group, combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion, CA125 level changes in the two groups were compared. Results The CA125 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Abdominal thermoperfusion of cisplatin can significantly improve survival and reduce adverse reactions.
