[Abstract]:Orthopause hormone therapy (menopausal hormone therapy,MHT) is the most effective treatment for relieving menopausal related symptoms, genitourinary atrophy symptoms, low bone mass and osteoporosis. In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, only peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women who meet the indications and have no contraindications can adopt MHT.1 menopausal related symptoms as the most common symptoms in menopausal and postmenopausal women. It is also the main reason for patients to see a doctor. MHT is the first choice and the most important treatment to relieve menopausal related symptoms. 1.1 the most common and special symptoms of vasoconstriction are hot flashes (or instantaneous fever), which is a subjective feeling of the body.
