【摘要】：目的檢測Sema 3A及其受體在子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥中的表達(dá),探討Sema 3A及其受體在子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的意義。方法收集2013年1月1日至12月31日在中山大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科住院并行手術(shù)治療的腹膜子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(PEM)患者24例、卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫(OEM)患者24例和結(jié)直腸子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(CREM)患者20例,采用免疫組化SP法檢測異位病灶腺上皮細(xì)胞中Sema 3A、Plexin A1和NRP-1的表達(dá),并與26例非子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者在位內(nèi)膜(Eu E-NEM)、22例子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者在位內(nèi)膜(Eu E-EM)中的表達(dá)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果Sema 3A在Eu E-EM組腺上皮細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)比Eu E-NEM組腺上皮細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)高(309.09±66.61、207.69±56.02),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。PEM、OEM、CREM的異位病灶腺上皮細(xì)胞之間的Sema 3A、Plexin A1、NRP-1的免疫組織化學(xué)HSCORE評分差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PEM組、OEM組、CREM組中異位病灶腺上皮細(xì)胞中的Sema3A、Plexin A1、NRP-1的表達(dá)均比內(nèi)膜異位癥患者組的在位內(nèi)膜和非內(nèi)膜異位癥患者組的在位內(nèi)膜腺上皮細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)高(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論 Sema 3A及其受體在不同類型內(nèi)膜異位癥病灶腺上皮細(xì)胞中的表達(dá)增高,提示其高表達(dá)可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of Sema 3A and its receptor in Endometriosis and to explore the significance of Sema 3A and its receptor in the occurrence and development of Endometriosis. Methods from January 1 to December 31, 2013, 24 patients with (PEM), 24 patients with ovarian Endometriosis cyst (OEM) and 20 patients with colorectal Endometriosis (CREM) were enrolled in the first affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The expression of Sema 3A, Plexin A1 and NRP-1 in the epithelial cells of ectopic lesions was detected by SP method. The expression of Eu E-EM in 26 cases of non-Endometriosis and 22 cases of Endometriosis was compared with that of 26 cases of non-Endometriosis (Eu E-EM) and 22 cases of Endometriosis. Results the expression of Sema 3A in Eu E-EM group was higher than that in Eu E-NEM group (309.09 鹵66.61207.69 鹵56.02), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01).
