【摘要】：目的:探討液橋試驗(yàn)聯(lián)合腹壓漏尿點(diǎn)壓(LPP)診斷女性壓力性尿失禁(SUI)及判斷尿道功能的價(jià)值。方法:選取臨床診斷為SUI的女性患者50例和對照35例,進(jìn)行液橋試驗(yàn)和LPP測定,記錄膀胱與尿道壓力升高幅度的差值(ΔP)。結(jié)果:液橋試驗(yàn)陽性44例,其中LPP分型Ⅰ型11例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅱ/Ⅲ型9例,Ⅲ型12例。液橋試驗(yàn)診斷SUI的靈敏度為0.88,特異度為0.94;液橋試驗(yàn)聯(lián)合LPP診斷SUI的靈敏度為0.94,特異度為0.97。Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅱ/Ⅲ型、Ⅲ型組ΔP逐漸增大(P0.05)。結(jié)論:液橋試驗(yàn)聯(lián)合LPP可成為診斷SUI并判斷下尿路功能的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of liquid bridge test combined with abdominal pressure leakage point pressure (LPP) in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and urethral function.
