【摘要】：目的探討妊娠合并室性心律失常對孕婦和新生兒結局的影響。方法對269例住院分娩的妊娠合并室性心律失�；颊叩呐R床資料進行回顧性分析。結果 269例孕婦中,妊娠合并偶發(fā)性室性期前收縮占69.1%(186/269),頻發(fā)性室性期前收縮占30.9%(83/269);非器質性心臟病占93.7%(252/269),心功能均為Ⅰ~Ⅱ級;器質性心臟病占6.3%(17/269)。17例器質性心臟病室性心律失常孕婦中,剖宮產率、醫(yī)源性早產和新生兒低體質量兒分別占4.5%(12/269)、4.5%(12/269)和4.1%(11/269),與無室性心律失常組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。妊娠合并器質性心臟病頻發(fā)性室性期前收縮患者的剖宮產和醫(yī)源性早產率(4.8%,4/83)與偶發(fā)室性期前收縮組(2.2%,4/186)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論妊娠合并室性心律失�；颊叩娜焉锝Y局與器質性心臟病密切相關;妊娠合并器質性室性心律失常患者醫(yī)源性早產和新生兒低體質量兒均明顯增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of pregnancy complicated with ventricular arrhythmias on the outcome of pregnant women and newborns.
