【摘要】：目的:探討卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2和β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)及意義。方法:采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)80例卵巢上皮性癌組織、40例卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和40例正常卵巢組織中PITX2與β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)。采用ELISA檢測(cè)40例卵巢上皮性癌患者術(shù)前和術(shù)后(7 d)血清中PITX2蛋白的含量。結(jié)果:不同類型卵巢組織中PITX2、β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=85.380和80.200,P0.001),卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2蛋白的陽性表達(dá)率與β-catenin蛋白的異位陽性表達(dá)率高于卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和正常卵巢組織,而兩者在卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和正常卵巢組織中低表達(dá)或不表達(dá)。PITX2蛋白的陽性表達(dá)率及β-catenin蛋白的異位陽性表達(dá)率與卵巢上皮性癌的組織分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05)。卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2表達(dá)與β-catenin的異位表達(dá)呈正關(guān)聯(lián)(rP=0.411,P0.001)。卵巢上皮性癌患者術(shù)前血清中PITX2的含量高于術(shù)后血清中的含量(t配對(duì)=16.582,P0.001)。結(jié)論:卵巢上皮性癌組織中β-catenin的激活可能引起細(xì)胞中PITX2的上調(diào),從而進(jìn)一步引起細(xì)胞異常增殖、分化及腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of PITX2 and 尾-catenin protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods: the expression of PITX2 and 尾-catenin protein in 80 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 40 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor and 40 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.
