【摘要】：目的:探討卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2和β-catenin蛋白的表達及意義。方法:采用免疫組化法檢測80例卵巢上皮性癌組織、40例卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和40例正常卵巢組織中PITX2與β-catenin蛋白的表達。采用ELISA檢測40例卵巢上皮性癌患者術前和術后(7 d)血清中PITX2蛋白的含量。結果:不同類型卵巢組織中PITX2、β-catenin蛋白的表達差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=85.380和80.200,P0.001),卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2蛋白的陽性表達率與β-catenin蛋白的異位陽性表達率高于卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和正常卵巢組織,而兩者在卵巢上皮性良性腫瘤組織和正常卵巢組織中低表達或不表達。PITX2蛋白的陽性表達率及β-catenin蛋白的異位陽性表達率與卵巢上皮性癌的組織分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴結轉移有關(P0.05)。卵巢上皮性癌組織中PITX2表達與β-catenin的異位表達呈正關聯(rP=0.411,P0.001)。卵巢上皮性癌患者術前血清中PITX2的含量高于術后血清中的含量(t配對=16.582,P0.001)。結論:卵巢上皮性癌組織中β-catenin的激活可能引起細胞中PITX2的上調,從而進一步引起細胞異常增殖、分化及腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of PITX2 and 尾-catenin protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods: the expression of PITX2 and 尾-catenin protein in 80 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 40 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor and 40 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.
