【摘要】：目的探討益氣活血解毒方對晚期卵巢癌患者免疫功能及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 50例晚期卵巢癌患者按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和試驗組各25例。兩組均接受紫杉醇聯(lián)合順鉑(TP)化療方案治療,試驗組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予益氣活血解毒方治療,連續(xù)治療28 d。檢測并比較兩組治療前后血清CD4~+CD25~+、CD8~+CD28-及CD8~+CD28~+的水平。評價并比較兩組治療后卡氏評分(KPS)和生活質(zhì)量改善情況。結(jié)果治療后兩組血清CD4~+CD25~+、CD8~+CD28-水平明顯降低,血清CD8~+CD28~+水平明顯升高(P0.05),且試驗組改善明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。治療后兩組KPS評分均明顯高于治療前,且試驗組明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。治療后試驗組生活質(zhì)量改善率明顯高于對照組(χ2=4.500,P=0.034)。結(jié)論益氣活血解毒方能夠明顯改善行TP化療方案后的晚期卵巢癌患者的免疫功能和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods Fifty patients with advanced ovarian cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 25) and experimental group (n = 25). Both groups were treated with paclitaxel combined with (TP) chemotherapy regimen. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe for 28 days. The levels of serum CD4~ CD25~, CD8~ CD28- and CD8~ CD28~ were measured and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. To evaluate and compare the improvement of (KPS) and quality of life (QOL) after treatment in the two groups. Results after treatment, the levels of serum CD4~ CD25~ and CD8~ CD28- were significantly decreased and the levels of serum CD8~ CD28~ were significantly increased in the two groups (P 0.05), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the KPS score of both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the test group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05).
