【摘要】：目的探討骨膜蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的腫瘤干細(xì)胞中裸鼠成瘤特性。方法用免疫磁珠技術(shù)分離出骨膜蛋白,分別在30只裸鼠的左、右腋背部,皮下注射骨膜蛋白陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞、骨膜蛋白陰性細(xì)胞,用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)后進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù),觀察其中骨膜蛋白陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞的比例。結(jié)果在35.7%(5/14)裸鼠胞漿內(nèi)有骨膜蛋白表達(dá),在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中未見(jiàn)陽(yáng)性表達(dá);注射骨膜蛋白陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞裸鼠的腫塊重量、體積及瘤體骨膜蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)顯著高于注射骨膜蛋白陰性細(xì)胞的裸鼠(P0.05)。結(jié)論骨膜蛋白陽(yáng)性的子宮內(nèi)膜癌細(xì)胞在裸鼠體內(nèi)具有成瘤性,而骨膜蛋白陰性細(xì)胞不具有成瘤性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the tumorigenic characteristics of periosteal protein in tumor stem cells of endometrial carcinoma in nude mice. Methods the periosteal protein was isolated by immunomagnetic beads technique. Periosteal protein positive cells and periosteal protein negative cells were subcutaneously injected into the left and right axils of 30 nude mice.
