【摘要】：目的比較核仁素在宮頸鱗癌、宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變和正常宮頸組織表達(dá)的差異,探討核仁素表達(dá)增高在宮頸鱗癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。方法用免疫組化檢測(cè)50例宮頸鱗癌、65例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變和正常宮頸組織中核仁素的表達(dá),比較核仁素在3種組織中表達(dá)的差異,并分析核仁素表達(dá)水平與宮頸鱗癌和宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變病理分級(jí)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果宮頸鱗癌核仁素陽性表達(dá)率顯著高于宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變和正常宮頸組織,宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變核仁素陽性表達(dá)率顯著高于正常宮頸組織,P0.01。Allred免疫組化半定量評(píng)分顯示,核仁素表達(dá)量在宮頸鱗癌組織(7.6±0.3)顯著高于宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(6.1±0.2)和正常宮頸組織(3.0±0.2),P0.01。在宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變顯著高于正常宮頸組織,P0.01。核仁素表達(dá)量在中-低分化宮頸鱗癌(7.9±0.1)顯著高于高分化鱗癌(7.0±0.2),在高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變(6.0±0.1)顯著高于低級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變組織(4.0±0.2),P0.01。結(jié)論宮頸鱗狀上皮在癌變過程中核仁素表達(dá)量增高,核仁素表達(dá)量增高與宮頸鱗癌和宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變的病理分級(jí)呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim to compare the expression of nuclein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissue, and to explore the role of nuclein expression in the carcinogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods the expression of nuclein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 65 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissues. The relationship between the expression of nuclein and the pathological grade of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of nuclein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissue. The positive expression rate of nuclein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue. The expression of nuclein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (7.6 鹵0.3) was significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (6.1 鹵0.2) and normal cervical tissue (3.0 鹵0.2), P 0.01. The change of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissue, P0.01. The expression of nuclein in moderately-poorly differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma (7.9 鹵0.1) was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma (7.0 鹵0.2). High grade intraepithelial neoplasia (6.0 鹵0.1) was significantly higher than that of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia (4.0 鹵0.2), P 0.01. Conclusion the expression of nuclein is increased in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and the expression of nuclein is positively correlated with the pathological grade of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
