【摘要】：目的： 1.觀察B7-H4、 PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜癌、子宮內(nèi)膜增生癥、正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達(dá)及其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌病理的關(guān)系，，研究B7-H4和PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中發(fā)生發(fā)展的相關(guān)性。 2.研究B7-H4、PAX2的表達(dá)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中是否有一定的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果： 1.B7-H4在子宮內(nèi)膜癌、子宮內(nèi)膜增生癥、正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的陽性表達(dá)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（p0.05），PAX2的陽性表達(dá)比較也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（p0.05）。 2. PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌中的陽性率為:87.23%,在非內(nèi)膜樣癌中的陽性率為:22.22%,兩者之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義P=0.048(P0.05)。 3. B7-H4在子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)-病理分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期陽性表達(dá)率為75.00%，Ⅲ—Ⅳ期為100.00%，Ⅲ—Ⅳ期的表達(dá)高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期，兩者之間表達(dá)比較：P值=0.020（P＜0.05），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)-病理分期中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期陽性表達(dá)率為37.50%，Ⅲ—Ⅳ期為77.78%，Ⅲ—Ⅳ期的表達(dá)高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期，兩者之間表達(dá)比較：P值=0.006（P＜0.01），統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)比較有顯著性差異。 4. PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)隨組織學(xué)分級的升高而上升：G1:28.57%、G2:64.44%、G3:75.00%，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有顯著性差異(P=0.004X2=8.26)。 5. B7-H4在有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的陽性表達(dá)率（100.00%）高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的陽性表達(dá)率（77.14%），兩者之間比較P值=0.028（P＜0.05），有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。PAX2在有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的陽性表達(dá)率（73.33%）高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的陽性表達(dá)率（42.86%），兩者之間比較P值=0.047（P＜0.05），有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 6.經(jīng)SPSS13.0軟件分析子宮內(nèi)膜癌中B7-H4、 PAX2的表達(dá),結(jié)果顯示Spearman等級相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.481,P=0.025,可以認(rèn)為子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中,B7-H4和突變型PAX2表達(dá)在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上存在正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論： B7-H4、 PAX2在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中可能起到一定的作用。兩者在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Purpose: 1. To observe the expression of B7 / H4 and PAX2 in endometrial carcinoma, endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium, and to study the relationship between the expression of B7H4 and PAX2 and the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma, and to study the correlation between B7H4 and PAX2 in endometrial carcinoma. 2.
