圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表?xiàng)l目篩選

【摘要】:目的:對(duì)圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表?xiàng)l目池進(jìn)行條目篩選,形成條目更可靠、更準(zhǔn)確的圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表。方法:運(yùn)用Delphi法,請(qǐng)14名婦幼專家對(duì)研究者自行編寫的56個(gè)條目的需要性和重要性進(jìn)行兩輪函詢,保留50個(gè)條目。用該條目池對(duì)350名產(chǎn)后1~3 d的產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查,選取其中10%的調(diào)查對(duì)象1周后重測(cè)。在這些數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用χ2檢驗(yàn)法、相關(guān)系數(shù)法(2種)、因子分析法、Cronbach’sα系數(shù)法、重測(cè)信度法6種方法進(jìn)行條目篩選,保留3種或3種以上方法均不需刪除的條目,組成最終量表。結(jié)果:重測(cè)結(jié)果Person相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.507(P=0.004)。通過6種篩選方法刪除的條目數(shù)量分別為:1)χ2檢驗(yàn)法刪除9條;2)相關(guān)系數(shù)法1刪除25條;3)相關(guān)系數(shù)法2刪除1條;4)Cronbach’sα系數(shù)法刪除19條;5)因子分析法刪除8條;6)重測(cè)信度法刪除37條。最終由33個(gè)條目組成圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表。結(jié)論:運(yùn)用6種條目篩選方法獲得了精簡(jiǎn)后的量表,但距離推廣應(yīng)用還有很大距離,需要在人群中進(jìn)行大樣本調(diào)查,進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to select the item pool of the perinatal maternal health nutrition scale to form a more reliable and accurate perinatal maternal health nutrition scale. Methods: using Delphi method, 14 women and children experts were asked to make two rounds of correspondence on the necessity and importance of 56 items written by the researcher, and 50 items were retained. The item pool was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 350 parturients 1-3 days after delivery, and 10% of the subjects were re-tested 1 week later. On the basis of these data, six methods such as 蠂 2 test, correlation coefficient method (2 methods), factor analysis, Cronbach's 偽 coefficient method and retest reliability method were used for item screening, and three or more methods were retained for items that need not be deleted. Form the final scale. Results: the correlation coefficient of Person was 0.507 (P = 0.004). The number of items deleted by six screening methods were as follows: 1) 9 items were deleted by 蠂 2 test; 2) 25 items were deleted by correlation coefficient method; 3) 1 item was deleted by correlation coefficient method 2; 4) 19 items were deleted by Cronbach's 偽 coefficient method; 5) Factor analysis was used to delete 8 items, and 6) Test-retest reliability method was used to delete 37 items. Finally, 33 items were used to form the Maternal Health Nutrition scale. Conclusion: the simplified scale was obtained by using six item screening methods, but there is still a long way to go to popularize and apply it. It is necessary to carry out a large sample survey in the population and test the reliability and validity of the scale.
