深圳市觀瀾地區(qū)人乳頭瘤病毒感染亞型分析

【摘要】:目的了解深圳市觀瀾地區(qū)女性人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)的感染率、感染亞型和年齡分布特點(diǎn)。方法用分子導(dǎo)流雜交技術(shù)對(duì)就診的16 765名女性行HPV亞型檢測(cè),并對(duì)各個(gè)年齡段的感染情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 16765例樣本中,檢測(cè)到感染HPV的共4 615例,陽(yáng)性率為27.53%,其中高危型3 434例(20.48%);低危型1 181例(7.04%);在28種HPV亞型感染中,HPV-52亞型感染率最高(3.95%),其次為HPV-16(2.75%),再次為HPV-58(2.32%)。年齡分布以≤20歲感染率最高(36.09%),其次為≥60歲(25.18%),不同年齡段感染率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。結(jié)論深圳市觀瀾地區(qū)HPV感染率高,以HPV-52、16、58亞型為主;感染年齡段以20歲以下最高,60歲以上次之。需進(jìn)一步對(duì)HPV-52、58亞型進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究;并加強(qiáng)年輕女性和絕經(jīng)后期HPV感染的監(jiān)測(cè)力度,做好防癌工作。

Methods 16 765 women were tested for HPV subtype by molecular diversion hybridization and the infection status of each age group was analyzed.
