【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)研究早產(chǎn)合并胎膜早破(preterm premature rupture of membranes,PPROM)孕婦的妊娠結(jié)局,探討PPROM對(duì)產(chǎn)婦和早產(chǎn)新生兒的影響。方法:選擇2013年7月至2014年6月我院婦產(chǎn)科收治的PPROM孕婦91例為研究組,同期收治的早產(chǎn)無(wú)胎膜早破孕婦89例為對(duì)照組,比較兩組孕婦的妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果:PPROM組91例孕婦中,剖宮產(chǎn)者62例(68.1%);產(chǎn)后出血者8例(8.8%)。早產(chǎn)組孕婦89例,剖宮產(chǎn)者19例(21.3%);產(chǎn)后出血者1例(1.1%)。PPROM組新生兒結(jié)局:胎兒窘迫46例(50.5%),新生兒肺炎7例(7.7%),新生兒窒息9例(9.9%),低體質(zhì)量13例(14.3%);早產(chǎn)組新生兒結(jié)局:胎兒窘迫8例(9.0%),新生兒肺炎1例(1.1%),新生兒窒息2例(2.2%),低體質(zhì)量4例(5.0%)。PPROM孕婦的剖宮產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)后出血、胎兒窘迫、低體質(zhì)量的發(fā)生率均明顯高于早產(chǎn)無(wú)胎膜早破孕婦(P0.05)。結(jié)論:PPROM對(duì)產(chǎn)婦和新生兒均有很大危害,應(yīng)及時(shí)采取措施應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pregnant outcome of preterm delivery with premature rupture of membranes (preterm premature rupture of membranes,PPROM) and to explore the effect of PPROM on pregnant women and premature newborns. Methods: 91 pregnant women with PPROM from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the study group and 89 pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes in the same period as the control group. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: among 91 pregnant women in PPROM group, 62 (68.1%) were cesarean section and 8 (8.8%) were postpartum hemorrhage. 89 cases of pregnant women and 19 cases of cesarean section (21.3%) in the preterm delivery group; One case of postpartum hemorrhage (1.1%). PPROM group): fetal distress in 46 cases (50.5%), neonatal pneumonia in 7 cases (7.7%), neonatal asphyxia in 9 cases (9.9%), low body weight in 13 cases (14.3%), fetal distress in 46 cases (50.5%), neonatal pneumonia in 7 cases (7.7%), neonatal asphyxia in 9 cases (9.9%). Neonatal outcome: fetal distress in 8 cases (9.0%), neonatal pneumonia in 1 case (1.1%), neonatal asphyxia in 2 cases (2.2%), low body mass in 4 cases (5.0%). Cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in PPROM pregnant women. The incidence of fetal distress and low body mass was significantly higher than that of premature pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes (P0.05). Conclusion: PPROM has great harm to pregnant women and newborns, and measures should be taken in time.
