【摘要】：目的探討達(dá)英-35、芬嗎通對(duì)過(guò)期流產(chǎn)后子宮內(nèi)膜修復(fù)作用。 方法選取在本院行藥流+清宮術(shù)的過(guò)期流產(chǎn)患者150例，隨機(jī)分為三組，每組50例。達(dá)英-35組：于藥流+清宮術(shù)后第1天開(kāi)始口服達(dá)英-35，每天1片，連服21天為一個(gè)周期。芬嗎通組：于藥流+清宮術(shù)后第1天開(kāi)始口服芬嗎通，每天1片，連服28天為一個(gè)周期。對(duì)照組：于藥流+清宮術(shù)后不用任何子宮內(nèi)膜修復(fù)藥物。三組均于術(shù)后開(kāi)始口服抗生素預(yù)防感染與宮縮劑止血(口服7天)。觀察三組陰道出血量及持續(xù)時(shí)間，超聲評(píng)價(jià)宮內(nèi)狀況和子宮內(nèi)膜恢復(fù)情況。 結(jié)果1、達(dá)英-35組、芬嗎通組陰道出血量及持續(xù)時(shí)間、子宮腔內(nèi)狀況、子宮內(nèi)膜恢復(fù)情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；2、達(dá)英-35組陰道出血時(shí)間比芬嗎通組縮短，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P㩳0.05）；3、達(dá)英-35組、芬嗎通組對(duì)月經(jīng)周期恢復(fù)，下次經(jīng)期經(jīng)量改善情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；4、達(dá)英-35組、芬嗎通組促進(jìn)子宮內(nèi)膜增長(zhǎng)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。5、口服達(dá)英-35、芬嗎通組的不適情況，差異無(wú)顯著意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論1、過(guò)期流產(chǎn)藥流+清宮術(shù)后使用達(dá)英-35或芬嗎通能明顯減少術(shù)后陰道出血量，縮短陰道出血持續(xù)時(shí)間。2、達(dá)英-35、芬嗎通對(duì)月經(jīng)周期恢復(fù)、下次月經(jīng)經(jīng)期及經(jīng)量均有明顯改善。3、達(dá)英-35、芬嗎通能促進(jìn)子宮內(nèi)膜增長(zhǎng)，使子宮內(nèi)膜迅速修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Daying-35 and Finodong on endometrial repair after delayed abortion. Methods 150 patients with delayed abortion were randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group. Daying-35 group: from the first day after abortion, Diane-35 was taken orally, one tablet a day, 21 days as a cycle. Phenolactone group: oral administration of phenolactone on the 1st day after operation, 1 tablet per day, 28 days as a cycle. Control group: no endometrial repair drugs were used after operation. All three groups began to take antibiotics to prevent infection and hemostasis with uterine contractions (oral for 7 days). The volume and duration of vaginal bleeding in three groups were observed, and the intrauterine condition and endometrial recovery were evaluated by ultrasound. Results (1) the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding, the condition of uterine cavity and the recovery of endometrium in Daying-35 group and Fematong group were better than those in control group (P0.05). 2. The time of vaginal bleeding in Daying-35 group was shorter than that in morphine group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). 3, Daying-35 group, Femaotong group on the recovery of menstrual cycle, the next menstrual improvement was better than the control group (P0.05); 4, Dian Ying-35 group, Fenmaotong group promoted endometrial growth better than the control group (P0.05). 5, oral administration of Daying-35, Fenmaotong group of discomfort, there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion (1) Dein-35 or Fentong can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding. 2, Diane-35, Fentong can recover the menstrual cycle, and the vaginal bleeding duration can be shortened. 2, D-35, Fen-Moutong can recover the menstrual cycle. 2. The next menstrual period and menstrual volume have been improved obviously. 3, reach Ying-35, Fentong can promote endometrial growth, make endometrium repair quickly.
