非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白4B與卵巢癌免疫反應(yīng)抗原域蛋白2相互作用結(jié)構(gòu)域的生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的分析非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白4B(NS4B蛋白)與卵巢癌免疫反應(yīng)抗原域蛋白2(OCIAD2)相互作用的結(jié)構(gòu)域。方法進(jìn)入(美國(guó)國(guó)立生物技術(shù)信息中心(NCBI)主頁(yè)分別查詢NS4B蛋白和OCIAD2蛋白Gen Bank序列號(hào),進(jìn)入通用蛋白質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Uni Prot)主頁(yè)輸入在NCBI中查詢的NS4B蛋白和OCIAD2蛋白序列號(hào),查詢蛋白編號(hào),進(jìn)入ELM主頁(yè)面,輸入在Uni Prot查詢到的NS4B蛋白編號(hào)A4GSN1和OCIAD2蛋白編號(hào)Q56VL3,查詢跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域和線性基序。返回ELM主頁(yè),選擇ELM binding domains,查詢數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)里總的相互作用結(jié)構(gòu)域。進(jìn)入SMART主頁(yè),輸入蛋白序列號(hào)或蛋白序列,查詢蛋白跨膜區(qū)域和低復(fù)雜性區(qū)域。低復(fù)雜性區(qū)域的氨基酸會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出彈性的結(jié)構(gòu)容易作為該蛋白和其他類型蛋白相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)域。不同的跨膜區(qū)域因共同定位于細(xì)胞膜上可能發(fā)生相互作用。結(jié)果NS4B蛋白存在跨膜區(qū)域,OCIAD2蛋白不存在跨膜區(qū)域,沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)NS4B和OCIAD2蛋白存在直接相互作用的線性基序。OCIAD2蛋白具有一個(gè)低復(fù)雜性區(qū)域(88~98氨基酸);NS4B蛋白具有2個(gè)低復(fù)雜性區(qū)域(106~132氨基酸和141~154氨基酸)。結(jié)論 OCIAD2蛋白與NS4B蛋白可能通過(guò)低復(fù)雜性區(qū)域發(fā)生直接相互作用。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the domain of interaction between non-structural protein 4B (NS4B) and protein 2 (OCIAD2) of immune response domain in ovarian cancer. Methods Gen Bank sequence numbers of NS4B protein and OCIAD2 protein were queried on the (NCBI) home page of National Biotechnology Information Center, and the sequence numbers of NS4B protein and OCIAD2 protein queried in NCBI were inputted into the (Uni Prot) home page of the general protein database. Query the protein number, go to the ELM main page, enter the NS4B protein number A4GSN1 and OCIAD2 protein number Q56VL3 that were queried in Uni Prot, and query the cross-membrane domain and linear motif. Return to the ELM home page and select the total interaction domain in the ELM binding domains, query database. Go to the SMART home page, enter the protein sequence number or protein sequence, query the protein transmembrane region and low complexity region. Amino acids in the low-complexity region present elastic structures that are easy to act as domain binding between the protein and other types of proteins. Different transmembrane regions may interact with each other because they are co-located on the cell membrane. Results there was no transmembrane region in NS4B protein and no transmembrane region in OCIAD2 protein. There was no linear motif of direct interaction between NS4B and OCIAD2 protein. OCIAD2 protein had a low complexity region (88 ~ 98 amino acids). NS4B protein has two low-complexity regions (106, 132 amino acids and 141 ~ (1) ~ (154) amino acids. Conclusion OCIAD2 protein and NS4B protein may interact directly through low complexity region.
